And, of course, Rowling's pen name is Robert Galbraith. Which, the last time I checked, is a male name. I demand that Mr. Rowling drop his pants and submit to a blood test.

Gasp! Is this like those preachers who preach hate on gay men, only to later come out as gay after being exposed on a tindr hookup? Like, could JK really be a deeply closeted trans man, and all this hate is just projecting internalized transphobia?

And mandatory blood tests? Yikes! Soon they will all sort of start wearing the same hat, and demanding how they want ever to wear armbands that depict your 23rd chromosomal pair and....it gets progressively darker after that.

Yes! It’s like how photos of JD Vance in drag are circulating, & republicans can’t wait to tell you how it’s just a bit of harmless fun. It’s only when liberals or gay people do drag that it’s corrupting the kids.

Do you understand how pen names work, genius?

JK Rowling is a woman.

That's an adult human female. She's given birth to children.

A fake name doesn't mean she's a man.

Bruce Jenner is a man. He's impregnated women. That means he can't be a woman.

I've never seen stupider people than troon defenders. Literally single digit IQ takes around here.

J.K, where do people who are XXY or XYY fit in your system? What about XXYY? Or are those people just House Elfs who don't count in your world view?

Expand full comment

Exactly! It’s worth mentioning that the IOC stopped chromosomal testing (in the 80’s, I believe) due to too many variations.

Expand full comment

Sydney 2000 they made a definitive judgement not to test chromosomes. Now they test for testosterone resistance. Easy to google. Whatever test they use, the Olympics do test.

Expand full comment

The Olympics stopped testing because the "trans" lobby pushed them to stop excluding men from women's categories.

Now, the result is what we see. Men beating women in public, and dolts like you acting like it's fair.

Men belong in men's sport. And if they can't do that, they can stay home and play video games.

Expand full comment

There weren't that many variations.

There should be a category for actual females only--XX chromosomes only.

Then an open category for everybody else.

This isn't a real issue.

Women are more important.

Expand full comment

How many fucking times does this need to be addressed?

GENETIC DISORDERS ARE NOT "TRANS."

Physically healthy men who want to invade women's spaces are mentally ill. They don't have genetic disorders.

Can any of you argue logically?

Expand full comment

How do you define being a man? Is it having a penis? Then why did people get upset that a female boxer with an X chromosome was competing against other women?

Is it having an X chromosome? Then what happens to people who are assigned female at birth when they learn as an adult that they have an X chromosome?

Expand full comment

This is not fucking rocket science.

Why do idiots like you think you're reinventing the wheel every time you ask this?

How does inbred third world trash like the Taliban know EXACTLY who to keep out of school? Do you think they're confused? How did men know EXACTLY who to keep out of politics, finance, education, etc. for thousands of years?

Now, you idiots want to act like it's complicated?

MEN ARE ADULT HUMAN MALES, XY CHROMOSOMES.

Imane Khelif is a man. If he has a disorder that meant he would have developed into a male BUT FOR the DSD, he still should be in the male category.

He has no business beating women, and idiots like you have no moral high ground in defending him.

And if that's asking too much, he can stay home and find something else to do. You morons like act these people are the world's biggest issue.

Women are more important. Women's safety is more important. We're adult human females.

Even worthless pieces of shit like the Taliban knows that. You can't seem to figure it out.

Expand full comment

Idiots like me keep asking this question because people like you can never answer it.

It’s not rocket science; it is a specialized area of biology. But you don’t have to understand the science. It should be enough to know that Khalif was born with all the outward characteristics of a female. She grew up female. The Taliban would have kept her out of school and she would have been discriminated against throughout the world. But it seems you and I agree that physical appearance alone is not always enough to decide who is female and who is male.

Because biological science has proven that not everyone is either XX or XY, and because science has also proven that not everyone with an X chromosome has the genetic advantage normally present with the typical XY combination, the Olympic Committee has adopted a method to test for assigning competitors to men’s and women’s teams. Why do you think your preferred testing method of looking for an X chromosome is better than the Committee’s more nuanced method? Why should any advanced testing override the simple physical appearance test used for millennia?

Expand full comment

I answered it, stupid. We've answered it a million times.

He’s a man. XY means guy for sport. And if can't manage not to beat women, he can't stay at home and do something else in his life. Why do morons like you act like the world revolves around these people? They're not important. Women are more important.

That’s why he failed the IBA tests and dropped the appeal.

If he was a female, he could take the test and prove he was XX.

And he looks like a male too.

He could go to school under the Taliban.

Shut up. You don’t know anything.

Your goal in life is to defend men who want to beat women in public?

You’re worthless. Get a job and shut the fuck up.

So when you said people have been able to tell who was male and who was female for thousands of years, you didn’t really mean it. We have only known who was male and female since genetic testing was possible. Because clearly not having a penis does not prevent someone from being male, according to you.

Do you honestly think someone identified at birth as female because they didn’t have a penis would have been allowed to go to school under the Taliban? In most of the US, that person would have to fight to be treated as male.

I hope Mr. Rowling responds quickly with the appropriate paperwork.

Yeah, she's telling the truth that sex is binary and immutable, and that a man in a dress isn't a woman and doesn't belong in our spaces.

If truth is dark to you, that means you support lies.

Amazing. Troon defenders are the lowest of the low.

Ah yes, we must protect true women in the women punching each other in the face competition from those XY punches, which are scientifically harder punches than XX punches.

Yes.

Men punch harder than women.

This is why we have separate sports in the first place.

Are all of you morons here? How low is your IQ?
